Each year we look forward to bringing you new and exciting food and beverage offerings. Our culinary team, headed by Executive Chef, Markus Werner, study and taste!! New food trends throughout the year – to bring new flavours, textures and taste to the Australian Open to complement traditional favourites. This year enjoy:

YORI Korean BBQ – Grand Slam Oval

You will find Yori on Grand Slam Oval where you will enjoy authentic Korean dishes such as:

  • Gogi – marinated beef
  • Daije Bulgogi – marinated sliced pork belly
  • Dal Kochhi – grilled chicken skewers
  • Son E bassot – marinated king brown mushrooms

all served with rice, spinach, sweet carrot, kim chi and yum yum sauce


Traditional curries inspired by north and south regions of India served in easy to eat bowls with steamed rice and papadams.

You will love this pop up restaurant inspired by Markus Werner’s love of fresh, seasonal produce.

The menu feature is grass and grain feed beef – prepared perfectly and served with fresh accompaniments.

Here is a flavour of what you can expect:

  • Grass Fed Stockman’s Valley Dry Aged Rib Eye on the bone (350g) with chili jam & wasabi leaves
  • Grain Fed Darling Downes Scotch Fillet Steak (300g) with red onion jam & witlof salad.

THE FRUIT STAND – Garden Square

The Fruit Stand brings a touch of our love of farmers’ markets to the Australian Open and here you will enjoy the best of our seasonal summer fruit:

  • Strawberries by the punnet
  • Drinking coconuts
  • Apples – red delicious and crisp granny smiths
  • Watermelon quarters
  • Grapes by the bag
  • Mangos – prepared ready to eat!

  • Crust Pizza – whole rectangular pizza - meat deluxe, perri perri chicken, veggie supreme, hawaiian
  • Stack Burger Co – premium burger selections – veggie, beef, fish and chicken and don’t forget to order the GREAT chips!
  • Galley Fish& Chips – traditional favourites – flathead fillets, salt & pepper calamari and a seafood combo. Healthier option of grilled fish will also be served.
  • Butchers Block - daily carvery with selection of hot roasted meat served in crunchy, fresh rolls
